I thought I knew what a lobster roll was supposed to taste like, but until I came to Maine, I truly had no idea. My husband and I both ordered the colossal lobster rolls and let me tell you, it was completely worth it. 1 lb of lobster, couldn't even fit in the roll, and by far the most delicious tasting lobster I've had in my life. Which is good, because for the first time, I have leftover lobster. Don't just take my word for it, you have to come and try this for yourself!

The food is great, I got the scallops with fries and coleslaw and it didn’t disappoint! you can taste the freshness of the scallops. I would definitely be back!!

Really friendly and thoughtful server, Kathy. I'd had lobster before, but not a whole one that you have to open yourself. Delicious! I ooted for roasted potatoes, and they were the best I've ever had. The ice cream on the blueberry pie was also the best vanilla. It was creamy and made the pie perfect.

Me and my wife have been here a few times now and must say if you want delicious fresh seafood this is the place to go. To many times we have been to other restaurants where the food does not taste fresh or you can tell the oil they are using to fry the food is dirty and has not been changed out in quite some time. That is not the case here. The seafood here tastes fresh and delicious every time we go. Andrew does an amazing job as everything fresh and he uses a crumb batter that provides a nice crunch as you take a bite. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Jynessa took great care of us and was super nice. Definitely request for your lobster tail or jumbo shrimp to be fried as it is not on the menu. Andrew will hook you up. Those items are of course market price as with anywhere else but well worth the splurge. Ask for Andrews special dipping sauce as well as it was very good. We have yet to find anywhere better than Docks Seafood. We will certainly be going back and highly recommend this establishment to others.

Service was excellent. We had the crab and lobster rolls, both delicious and tasted fresh from the sea. Check out the seafood market counter, the prices are reasonable and again, I don't think you'll find anything fresher, unless you caught yourself.

Bang bang shrimp has a good Thai chili sauce. The lobster roll was delicious. A lot of other seafood to choose from. Glad we stopped.

We ordered lobster Mac and cheese and Caesar salad for our daughter’s morning after wedding brunch. It was excellent. Reheat temp was too low and we let it dry out by keeping it on warm uncovered in the oven- but it still got rave reviews. Had 2 full pans for 65 people. Had other food as well. Caesar salad was excellent too.

We were trying to find a good seafood place to finish off our evening, and we thankfully looked up this place that wasn't far from where we were staying. Since it's away from he hustle and bustle of Old Port, I felt like we got an amazing meal that was priced appropriately. It was easily the best meal of our trip! Pros: -The pretzel. With that mustard. Seriously, get it to share. Or for yourself. You do you. -The fish and chips were huge! And the fish was the right amount battered and crispy, with a light flaky white fish. -Haddock bites--was so nice for our 3yo. Clean taste and crispy. He ate then all! -Get the scallops. It's so easy to overcook scallops and these were at the right spot in an herbed butter. They had a few salads on the menu! It's hard to find greens around town at times! This one was really fresh and a nice change of scenery. - The potatoes. All of them. The roasted ones. The fries. Ah-mazing! Don't know how they achieved that level of carmelization and softness, but they did it. The best potatoes! -Blueberry pie had the best crust! -Service was outstanding. I know serving a family of 4 with 2 littles is not the easiest, but our server was kind and friendly. Cons: We went in the evening in October, so it was chilly out and the patio wasnt open, so the only con is that you have to wait a bit since they only have 8 tables and the bar for seating. But we thought it was worth the wait!
